And again I:
I have today unfortunately Hv installation does not get the BD139 for the ESchocker (Conrad...).
Can I also a MOSFET (which from my other post) or a take of the following:
D1432 (npn transistor)
BUT 11AF (HV NPN transistor)
D1545 (npn transistor)
STP16NE06L (N-channel power MOSFET)
BU4508DZ (Silicon diffused power transistor)
I actually want that today ready to tinker, but well...
I give you until tomorrow. Point 10: 00. : twisted:
First off holding box, go crash.
tomorrow let's get up, brush the teeth and then testing time beautiful itself. to the chew before we are not there.
I am n trash vampire? : mrgreen:
With the test I had in mind already, only I think it's better to ask than to shoot all the same...
Well, not time just throw bricks... ;)
First the the BD139 datasheet look at, in principle, every transistor with similar data for the purpose is good.
My last shocker, E.g. I built with a BD139 similar transistor from the Palmer Überraschungspacket.
The part I have only measured and tested, and then temporarily used, was also without data sheet...
As always my posts just to my knowledge geschrieben-
I'd the 11 BUT try, can HV construction very well work janitor (getting thus even slightly longer spark gaps at the output as with the bd evllt 139)
Thanks for the tips, I'm going try.
